Bodybuilding 101 is the ideal program for the beginner or intermediate-level lifter looking to maximize muscle hypertrophy but not quite ready for the advanced principles in the Monster Mass program. BB101 is designed around a 5-day split in which every major muscle group will be worked twice per week for the 8-week duration. Two days of rest per week are necessary to aid in recovery and maximize gains.
