Time Crunch is the ideal program for the fitness enthusiast or bodybuilder who doesn’t have a ton of
time to dedicate towards working out. The training sessions are designed to last 30-40 minutes at most
and capitalize on the idea of training density – or getting as much done in the shortest amount of time
possible. If you have at least an hour every day to dedicate towards a training session this program may
not be best for you, but we understand that not everyone has that luxury.
