That’s definitely an interesting question that you’re going to get a ton of answers out of. Ultimately, the best type of exercise you can do is simply the one you do! I would love to tell you that the best kind of exercise is resistance training but if you don’t like resistance training, then that’s poor-sighted advice for you. If your favorite exercise is hiking, walking your dog, or underwater basket weaving, do it! I may be biased towards resistance training as the best form of exercise, but ultimately, any exercise is better than none. Find the type that you enjoy the most and that enjoyment will keep you motivated and progressing.
