Description
Bodybuilding 101 is the ideal program for the beginner or intermediate level lifter looking to
maximize muscle hypertrophy but is not quite ready for the advanced principles in the Monster Mass
program. BB101 is designed around a 5-day split in which every major muscle group will be worked twice
per week for the 12-week duration. Two days of rest per week are necessary to aid in recovery and
maximize gains. There’s a few tricks to the program that we’ll go over in further detail here, starting
with the Intensification Methods.
